- UltraTax by Thomson Reuters is our primary tax preparation software. All client account and return data is securely stored within Thomson Reuters systems for each tax year.
- Secure Portal: Clients upload tax documents through the Thomson Reuters secure portal.
- Hosting & Website: Our public website is hosted by Webflow.
- Scheduling: Calendly is used for meeting scheduling.
- Video Calls: We use Google Meet for virtual consultations.
- Networking: We use LinkedIn for outreach and professional networking purposes only.
- Phone Calls: Discovery and consultation calls are made through standard cellular carriers.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own privacy policies.
